Agent Console — the control tower
Done: You know what the Console is trying to do, you can name the four inbox buckets, you can read Needs Build as age, and you can follow how a job moves. This page does not deploy the private Console.
What it is trying to do
Agent Console is the desk a person sits at to run a private lab of specialists. It is not a chatbot window. It is a control tower: work lands in one inbox, a person can see who owes the next move, and Build can be woken when a packet is real work instead of a receipt.
The useful features on screen are small on purpose. A version chip so you know which cut you are looking at. Four buckets so waiting-on-you and waiting-on-Build do not look the same. An age line so a stuck packet is obvious. Usage meters so the weekly Grok allotment is a glance, not a billing hunt.
You cannot stand this tower up from this page. There is no host, no token, and no health URL here.
The version chip
The header names the product and the cut. Operators match this chip to Lab Shell so both sides are the same build. If the numbers disagree, you are looking at two different towers.

The four inbox buckets
Work is sorted so a person can see the next move without reading a log. The chips are the feature. Counts in the picture are fake. Live ticket text stays off the shot.
- Needs me — a person has to confirm. The tower is waiting on a human.
- Needs Build — a packet is waiting on Build. Age sits on the chip so stale work is visible.
- Running — a specialist is already in flight. It is not a new ask.
- Sticky — already acked. It must not look like fresh red work.

Needs Build as age
A number on Needs Build is not a live ticket id. It is how long the packet has been sitting. That is how you tell a new ask from a packet that never got a reply.

How a job moves
A job does not live in a hidden queue. It moves across the four buckets in order a person can see.
- It lands in Needs Build (or Needs me if a person must confirm first).
- Wake starts the specialist. The chip moves to Running.
- When Build answers, it becomes Sticky. Sticky is a receipt, not a new ask.
Wake is a control on this board. This page does not include a wake URL. The age shot above is the same board the move happens on.
Usage meters
The strip is weekly Grok allotment as a glance. Freshness sits next to the bar so you know whether the meter is current. Account identifiers are not in the picture.

Next
Lab Shell is the same inbox in a thinner frame, including on a phone. That demo is a separate page.
